Care Instructions
Unplug and allow the oil to cool completely before cleaning or emptying. Remove and hand wash the frying basket and lid with warm soapy water. Wipe the base and exterior with a damp cloth only — do not immerse the base unit in water. Clean or replace the carbon filter as needed.
